By providing clothing or materials for the project, I understand that my child will have creative freedom to cut, alter, add to, or redesign the item at their discretion. I understand that the item may be permanently changed and may no longer be wearable or functional after the project.
I acknowledge and agree that the instructor/program will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, alteration, or loss of functionality resulting from the upcycling process.
Participant Safety & Following Directions
For the safety of all participants, please ensure that your child is able to follow instructions, listen to guidance, and use project materials and tools appropriately. Participants are expected to follow all safety directions throughout the project to help ensure a safe and successful experience.
Privacy, Supervision & Photography Policy

With parent/guardian consent, Kids' Learn Couture may share your child’s completed creation. To provide consent, please email your approval to kidslearncouture@gmail.com along with pictures. They will be posted on the website, instagram or and facebook.
By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and agree to these privacy, supervision, and photography policies.
Materials & Equipment

Equipment may include a sewing machine and serger machine. Age-appropriate scissors will be provided and used only when needed for the project. Children will receive instructions on the proper and safe use of all materials and equipment and will be supervised throughout the class.
Some materials and tools require careful handling. Children are expected to follow all safety instructions and directions provided by the instructor.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Safety Policy
For the safety of all children, a responsible parent or guardian must drop off and pick up their child.
Please arrive 10- minutes before the scheduled class time for drop-off and plan to arrive 10- minutes before the end of class for pick-up. This allows for a safe and organized handoff of each child from the instructor to their parent/guardian, while also allowing the next class to begin on time.
Children will only be released to their designated parent/guardian or an authorized adult. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and smooth transition for all participants.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve your child’s place in class. Please note that cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund only.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
